Rewards Training has been in operation since 1989 delivering work based learning courses and supporting the unemployed into work. Rewards Adult & Community Learning department has been in existence in Crawley since 2005 to support the local and surrounding communities develop their skills to enter employment, develop within existing job roles and gain entry requirements for higher education.
