In one week we will cover employability skills in job searching, applying for work, positive attitudes & behaviours, producing a CV and interview skills.

Designed for learners who are looking to gain knowledge in the principles of marketing within the retail and customer service sector, this level 2 certificate will provide them with the key skills they need to be successful, including understanding the legal, regulatory and ethical requirements in sales and marketing and understanding the relationship between sales and marketing.

Course materials are supplied online and the qualification achieved on completing a series of written assignments.

This qualification is aimed at individuals who want to learn up-to-date working practices applicable to many office and administration roles in addition to improving their practical skills and performance in the workplace. They will develop their knowledge of a range of business and administration practices, including event management and budgeting, develop effective communication techniques to aid interactions with colleagues and customers.

This includes the principles and practices behind the core tasks and responsibilities related to the job as well as wider work-related knowledge such as customer services, sales, quality and stock control, payment handling, buying, store management, people management 

 

 

Designed for learners who are looking for an introduction to working in customer service within the retail and customer service sector, this level 1 award will provide them with the key skills they need to be successful, including how to identify a range of customer focused roles available in the local area, demonstrate an ability to create good first and lasting impressions on the customers and how to describe the different aspects of customer focused roles available.

This course is designed to provide learners with an introduction to the underpinning knowledge and attitudes required for working within a customer service environment. It gives learners the opportunity to develop knowledge of the role and function of customer service, the value of customer loyalty and how legislation affects customer service delivery. It also enables the learner to  develop knowledge of the requirements for working in a customer-facing job role, including how to deliver reliable customer service, how to interact positively with customers and work effectively in a team delivering customer service

The Level 2 Certificate in Principles of Team Leading is designed to provide learners with a broad range of underpinning occupational knowledge that is required by employers to lead a team and to carry out a range of team leading tasks including planning, allocating, monitoring and developing team and individual performance.

 

Achievement of the qualification prepares the individual to enter the business and professional management and leadership sector in the potential job roles listed below at this level, including cross sector roles and functions that involve leading a team.
