Kate joined Rewards Training in 2005 as a tutor. She is now director of adult community learning and shapes the way we deliver training to our students. Despite having plenty on her plate ensuring the smooth running of Rewards ACL, she still maintains a small tutor group of learners, which help to keep her connected with the frontline training she loves.
